We receive resumes, CVs, and proposals daily from all over the globe. Below you will find the six step process we use for all applicants interested in becoming part of our Team.
STEP 1.Complete our ONLINE PROTECTIVE LEARNING PROGRAM. Modules one through three provide a strong foundation for protective security operations. They will give you a great start in protective security, regardless of where you go to work in the future.
STEP 2.Read ALL ACCESS the book. It's NOT high-speed, but it will give you a general idea of what the job is about. If you're interested in the content you've read in the book, move on to step three.
STEP 3.Train at the Academy. The Academy will give you the basic skills necessary to function in our business and other protective realms. If you graduate in the top two in your class, you will be offered the option to move on to step four. This phase is required for ALL perspective employees to ensure a proper understanding of OUR system, regardless of previous experience.
STEP 4. Complete the internship training program. This phase allows you to see how we implement our tactics, techniques, and procedures behind the scenes. You would fuction only as a safety logistics coordinator (SLC) during this phase. This is an unpaid and hands-off observation period.
STEP 5.Accept part-time employment. Provided you have proven yourself in the previous three steps, you will be offered part-time work that affords you an opportunity to do the job, get paid, develop more hands on skills during a probationary period.
STEP 6. Accept full-time employment. Upon successfully completing step five you will be welcomed to the team as a full-time member.
